SPRING 2011 ALL CLAN CHAMPIONSHIP

It is time once again to gather your troops for the Spring 2011 edition of the All Clan Championships. Because of the expanded format of this season's tournament, and because of Memorial Day Weekend at the end of the month, we will be starting this bracket tournament on April 23rd.
We have decided to go with a double elimination format. As such, there will be more games to play, and to avoid having this take seven weeks or more, some of the "losers" bracket games will run during the week. Clans will have until Tuesday to work out a day/time to run their consolation matches, either Wed., Thurs., or Friday. I will need to know asap so I can get them set up. There will be more details on this as the time approaches.
Teams may, at their discretion, choose not to play their consolation game(s), in which case their would-be opponent will move on to the next game. Consolation game buy-ins will be $1.10.

Clans in italics have not previously played in the ACC. An * indicates previous champions. Clans in blue I anticipate will play. All Clans are invited to participate. I have done a sample bracket and schedule based on twelve teams. This is subject to change.

First Round -
Four games, I(8-9) II (5-12), III (6-11), IV (7-10).
Winners advance, losers become A, B, C, D
