Line is good.  The 3bet flat OTR by the OR reads as overpair or top/top, so, I'm not terribly worried there.  The river reraiser, however, is more troublesome.  This looks like a range that includes 2 pair and sets or straights.  Numbers are nitty, but not necessarily so much that I would completely rule out Q9s or 97s with the pot already offering 2.5:1  But it does seem less likely.  That, along with the flat behind PF more consistent with a smaller pair tripped OTR rather than a big one, and the fact that it's a 3way pot, and I can see value in a shove.
