^^^ Imo that is a very good article.

Can someone help me see what it means when it speaks of -$6.97 in the Level 1 section.
I have a general understanding of Sklansky bucks.   Where or how are they getting the -6.97 though?   The 11.27% equity I understand.   That is how much equity J2 has vs QQ in an all in pre flop.   But what is the -6.97   I'm sure it is something simple that just ain't clicking with me this morn.

$18 pot total, but we invested $9 of it. So at most we can be -$9.00 Skalansky Bucks if we are 0:100 dog going in.

Since we are 11.27%, we earn profit of (0.1127 x $18) - our $9 we invested in our call (or shove). (2.0286)-9 = -6.9714

I've found an even easier "shortcut", if the call is big enough that the current pot size is insignificant (such as PFAI). Simply take the "win% - lose%" difference, that is essentially your "ROI". So in this case, 11.27% - 88.73% = -77.46% "roi" on our $9 invested = -6.97! It's like magic!
