Everyone can  stay relaxed when he's sitting and doing nothing...

I think, if you play poker, get beaten and then still stay relaxed,
then you're a master of your mind. Cool

A little bit sense of humor before you hit me for my thread... Grin

I don't know about meditation but that is a good way to look at it. If your not playing with your monthly bill or rent money and with proper bankroll management. Yes I suppose it could be relaxing, . I started playing as a way to exercise my mind which has diminished some of late. And find it a refreshingly way of such to keep it active. With that said I still have challenges ahead of me to learn and master. But I might find and take the time to meditae before a tournament. Freerollbird
