I should mention for those looking that the ones I've found thus far only allow you to use US IPs in the free version.  Obviously that won't help.  So you can skip MaskMyIP and IPHide unless you want to pay the thirty bucks.

It's really fairly simple.  We're going to install a bunch of computers in Kash's house.  Then we use PC anywhere to access them.

Yeah, Stars booted a bunch of players hiding their US IP address not too long ago. Was a big story on all the poker news websites. Not sure what happened to their rolls.
