Well not having a big success in poker and decided to go looking for some free poker money for a site I do not have downloaded.  Did a quick Google and found loads of sites that I did not have an account on.  Well the first one I found looked good then I read further and found this:  Please be aware that due to the current legal situation in the USA, we do not accept players currently residing in the USA. This means that we unfortunately cannot allow you to have an account at PokerStrategy.com and ask you to refrain from using our bonus codes.

Well that sucks, cause I love to play poker, but wanted a change.  It is going to be very hard to make new real money accounts on new sites.  Some one tell me what will we do US players, what will we do?  X

When (if) HR 2267 passes, and to me it looks like it will eventually, you will soon find you will probably have little problem finding a site to play on.

However, you will have a host of new problems.

For starters, you will have to pay a fee to deposit.  You will have to pay taxes on withdraws, to be collected by the sites upon withdraw.  Not to mention a few other troubling problems with it, troubling for the individual player mind you.

Not to mention, the House committee added an amendment that says any site that currently allows US players will be barred from being allowed to get a license.  This puts some doubt as to whether or not Full Tilt and Pokerstars will be able to keep allowing US players.

I think it will pass because the bill is estimated to bring in 40 billion in new tax revenues to the central Government over 10 years and an additional 30 billion to State Governments with the deposit fees, over 10 years.  That kind of money will convince many Representatives and Senators to vote for it.

When HR 2267 passes, prepare to bend over, and forget the luxury of vaseline....

Click the raketherake banner on this site - it will take you somewhere that will show US friendly sites + give you rakeback. You want rakeback so sign up through them and any site that you want. Stars, ftp, cake - a bunch take US players. But trust me on getting rakeback.
