Sorry for the late reply, but I have just as much trouble as everyone else with the speed of the site.  I didn't even know about the Prodigy situ until yesterday.  

I don't know why the site is bogging so much, but I have to assume it has to be a server problem at our host company.  Fletch is the account holder of our hosting, so I hope he can get some resulution.  You may remember about a year ago we had issues with them and were actually down several days.  We may look into paying for more reliable hosting in March when our term expires, as these prolonged instances of downtime is unacceptable.  You can see plain as day how damaging this is, particularly when some nasty shit happens to be going down as in the Prodigy case.

As for Prodigy, I do not yet know the situation.  I'm also unable at this time to play there without altering my info.  Fletch posted Darryl's response, but I'm sure you all share my lack of faith in anything from the executive department of a poker room.  They would likely say anything necessary to avoid a massive run on the cashier.  Even if transactions are blocked, the increased traffic from attempts would likely bog down their system.  If the shoot is really gonna hit the fan, I fully expect the brass at the company to be the last to let us know about it.

As for the "extracurriculars" ITT, We're all rightly pissed.  Shit was said all around, so what.  We all know the story and that no one is really mad at each other, but at the situation.  So let's let it pass.  Thanks for the apology on your part, twospd, and let me apologize for not being around to help the situation as much as I could.

I hope we can resolve the situation at Prodigy.  If not, I have to say I highly doubt that we will be pursuing any further poker room for the purpose of US players playing, aside from perhaps a legal subscription site.  I just don't feel right leading anyone into yet another situation where they lose their playing rights and possibly their roll.  It's a shame, as we are finally getting to where we're making some nice money and giving it back.  If we have to start all over again, 2 years of building this affilliation will have been for naught.  But that really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. We'll do our best to keep things going on PS Home Games or whatever we do; this has never been about the money (though it sure helps).

I don't know how it gets any clearer.  We're shut down, and as I suggested, Darryl was blowing smoke up Fletch's azz.  We can't log in until we approve the new ToC, and rule 18 prohibits US players from taking any part in the site.  Sorry if this isn't news to you guys, but it's confirmation to me.

It also has a rule banning all player to player transfers, so there's no point to even accessing our accounts.  Basically all we can do is lie about our location, start a new account, and wait to get our old account refunded.  But I would advise against that;  Odds are, they will soon install IP tracking software, sniff out players playing in the US, and likely seize those accounts.  If you get caught, you may forfeit the roll in that account.

Far as I know, the Matrix on PS is still biz as usual; As Gabe is running it, it's up to him more than anyone else.

Look at the bottom of the page.   The way I read it some dude in WA state was "contacted" ,LOL , by the Secret Service concerning his wire transfer.

I love a good meme, but they've become shootty now that everybody has discovered them and thinks they can make good ones. I can't stand all the college meme pages being created, like UCF memes, UF memes, etc.

My opinion is common sense here, That if they are not letting the USA play on there site then the terms of service have to have to be changed to state, its not that there not allowing as when EL black friday hit they locked everyone out, then a week later they opened back up everyones account so they could see there balance and feel safe and trust them that there doing the right thing

They did this so players could transfer without saying it, I think they would rather players transfer then to have to figure out a way to send out checks to everyone for $1, $3, Im thinking they would rather have players lose the money playing games or transfering while at the same time making the do j think there doing the best to block us out

As for transfers which all there poker programs, software, ect. is all hooked together, There not like Full Till or Pokerstars that have a million programer just sitting there in case the site goes down as with being a small site they have to get that all changed before they go and do something that take there poker completely down and then that would panic everyone

I think the person doing there program is just going to take a few weeks to do a fix, I bet it wont be long, so i say enjoy while you can

If you noticed now, I tried to make a new account and the USA is now BLOCKED from making a new account, but some parts of US may still work

I think another point is after the Main black friday, a whole lot of players in the USA made a fake address overseas on everleaf to start with, and then they relized when they closed everone out thats why they went down from 700 players to 116, I dont know if you all saw it but the most players I saw was 116 over that weekend
