  Obama OKs online gambling in States 

The new decision would eliminate “almost every federal anti-gambling law that could apply to gaming that is legal under state laws

The Obama administration has cleared the way for states to legalize online poker and other forms of virtual gambling with the release of a new interpretation of the law.

Kinda pisses me off that the UIGEA banned 'unlawful' online betting, and it turns out online poker was never 'unlawful'. What was the last 5 years of shoot for?

Kinda messed up that they're zealously enforcing a law, and they don't even know what the law prohibits. fricking idiot morons.
