You want to know some real BS. I ave been on my computer a few hours every night since I moved here ,for about the last month and never ever had a problem.
The other night I got AA and was allin and won the hand and got a double up.Cool. Then the very next hand I got AA again. Someone with bigstack pushed allin and then suddenly I was disconnected for 3 minutes. Random the only time ever doing anything on the computer I get disconnected is for 3 minutes when I somehow had AA on a poker site and someone was allin a nice stack ready to take.. Or maybe not because its rigged so I probaly would have got donked anyhow. ANYHOW its just BS ok.

And only certain hands and certain situations on the rigged sites are 100% rigged.

all those TPGK hands that I got 3 streets of value on Stars last night = rigged. All those 2-outers and runner-runner flushes/strts that crushed my flopped 2pr hands at the live cashgames and MTTs all last week = not rigged. Gotcha.

The bolded part is the reason.

You are talking about tournaments, and if you are only getting your chips in the middle as a "safe" favorite, then you will be facing either a TON of preflop folds, or else a lot more "bad beats" and "suckouts" than someone who 3bets/4bets/re-shoves wider than your 10% or 5% or whatever your range is. PLUS you will be losing your stack to flopped 2pair/set a lot more often, since many of your opponents know what you have i.e. what they have to beat.

And even if all that is not true, think about this: all those other, looser players, they built up a stack that might be 3x (or more) your own stack, so they are willing to gamboooooool -- you forget about the times that they double you up when their gross hand doesn't beat your Rockets or Cowboys or Ladies. But you focus on the omfghowcouldyoucalltheredonkey! Ignoring the "overpair vs. 2 undercards" huge favorite  (80%+) that you sometimes are in, much of the rest of the time you are a 65% or maybe 70% favorite ... which means ONE TIME IN THREE the donkey hand beats your decent hand -- and if he has you covered (i.e. that loose moron with 3x+ your stack) then busto city, this tourney is over, you start up the next one whining to yourself how online* poker is rigged.


^ that's the time that people are gamboooooling, while you have a tiny stack and thus can not handle a single "bad beat". You might have the math hold up and double-up once, maybe twice. But @ 70% 3 times, you are favorite to bust out with your short stack (0.7 * 0.7 * 0.7 = 34.3% you are still alive) So you forget about surviving a flip or a 70:30, once, maybe twice, but on the 3rd or 4th matchup you lose -- and that's what you remember since you bustout vs. a monster stack who isn't as smart as you.




PS: if it was "somewhere just to annoy you and make it obvious it's rigged" then why do these same "I can't believe he hit his 2-outer, why can't my 80:20 hold up!?" happen in the early stages of MTTs as well? How often does KK or QQ crack Aces the first level? (Happens live plenty as well!) if it was TRULY rigged, you'd have a lot more hands that are coolers like that, to end the MTTs quicker so the site finishes them quicker and gets people busting out quicker to go throw away more rake at the cashgame tables.
