On December 18 at 14:30 ET, PokerStars is guaranteeing $10 million in the Sunday Million. That's right. The prize pool of the Sunday Million on December 18 will be worth ten million dollars. As if that wasn't startling enough, first prize in the event is guaranteed to be at least $2 million. You'd be hard-pressed to find many $10,000 entry events these days with a $2 million first prize. On December 18th, it will only cost you $215 to compete for the life-changing money. In fact, it doesn't even have to cost you that much. PokerStars will be running satellites for as little as $1 or a few Frequent Player Points. PokerStars will also be hosting an $11 mega satellite with 1,000 seats guaranteed for the big one.

PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Giveaway

If you're like most PokerStars players, you're already itching for a little time in the Bahamas sun in January. Now, the PokerStars 10th Anniversary Giveaway will give you a chance to get there for free.

Over the next couple of months, the 10th Anniversary Giveaway will hand out 100 PCA prize packages worth more than $15,000 apiece. Every ten minutes, PokerStars will run free qualifiers. The top ten finishers in each of the qualifiers gets a seat to one of the weekly final tournaments. If you prefer to spend a little money, PokerStars will be hosting low-stakes and FPP tourneys every hour to get you into the finals, as well.
