That's odd.  When I sat at a table I had my normal looking avatar.  Looks like you are dead and just a ghost.  It's "Sixth Sense" time IMO.

I saw that avatar the last time I was on too.  I'd guess when they had to move they fudged up a particular avatar.

OMG now how will we know who wins dcdoorknobs avatar tourney?

Bored and bumping old threads I reckon.

I was admiring how clean the FT client looks. The table also.
I do so miss FT...well the client anyways.

RPM looks like a cluster fk when trying to find a table and Everleaf...well if I wanted to play slots I sure would not be doing it there.

Agreed. Say what you want about Full Tilt, they made a great product.

They didn't get to be number 2 because of their service. And if they'd improved that (or do so in the future?) they would make a decent run at the number 1 position.

and treated their customers like crap,

who cares about the product when they didnt give a dam about the players.

rarely answered emails,

stole money.

anyone can make a great product.

Its the care and treatment of customers that shows the true heart of a company.

I miss the software and the volume u got on this site. However their support was horrific even before bf, which goes directly to the leadership of the company.

How anyone can still defend this company needs serious counseling.

jus sayin.

I really miss the non-holdem/omaha traffic, omfg on Stars I *hate* waiting up to 20 minutes to get someone to join me at a Razz HU SnG (and their "Turbo" matches almost always go for 25+ minutes, fml) ... and thanks to their "Easy Seat" now it's nearly impossible to get someone to join me at a cashgame table where I start it empty and wait for victims/opponents to join me. Seems most people now use "minimum X players already sitting" or something, grrrrrrr...

No-one is defending the company, we're saying it had the best client out there. The company obviously had bad leadership, but if/when it comes back it will be under new management. So the customer service problems of the past will have no bearing on its future.

Yeah, FT did have the best client.  PS to this day still makes my eyes bleed.

I always trusted FT to deal a fair game at least, I just never trusted them with money....  Personally, I never had any issues at all in the CS department but I certainly heard all the horror stories.  What they did with player funds though makes me say "FT, you're dead to me, I turn my back on you now and piss in your general direction".  New management, old management, the name "Full Tilt" is tainted in my eyes and there ain't no going back for 'em in my book.

^^^ I agree with Patches on the CS thing.  I always got a satisfactory reply back from them in a reasonable amount of time.   <24hrs   Like every1 else, I read the horror stories, but never had 1 myself.
I do wish BNS would of used his ban hammer more often though, just 4 kicks.

FT screwed up, and I would like my small amount of $ back, but I myself would love to be able to play on the software again.
With other folks running the store of course.
