Player is 83/14 through 6 hands. 0/2 fold to 3 bet. Here's two of his first 6 hands before this one.

Everleaf - €0.02 NL - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

Hero (BB): €2.06
SB: €0.94

SB posts SB €0.01, Hero posts BB €0.02

Pre Flop: (€0.03) Hero has  J K

SB calls €0.01, Hero checks

Flop: (€0.04, 2 players)  6 J 8
Hero bets €0.04, SB calls €0.04

Turn: (€0.12, 2 players)  K
Hero bets €0.08, SB raises to €0.36, Hero raises to €1.20, SB calls €0.52

River: (€1.88, 2 players)  7

Hero shows  J K  (Two Pair, Kings and Jacks) (PreFlop 72%, Flop 96%, Turn 100%)
SB shows  K 5  (One Pair, Kings) (PreFlop 28%, Flop 4%, Turn 0%)
Hero wins €1.77

Everleaf - €0.02 NL - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

SB: €2.00
Hero (BB): €2.89
BTN: €1.00

SB posts SB €0.01, Hero posts BB €0.02

Pre Flop: (€0.03) Hero has  8 K

BTN raises to €0.07, SB raises to €0.23, fold, BTN calls €0.16

Flop: (€0.48, 2 players)  2 9 5
SB bets €0.48, BTN calls €0.48

Turn: (€1.44, 2 players)  3
SB bets €1.29, BTN calls €0.29

River: (€2.02, 2 players)  Q

SB shows  A K  (High Card, Ace) (PreFlop 73%, Flop 85%, Turn 89%)
BTN shows  A 7  (High Card, Ace) (PreFlop 27%, Flop 15%, Turn 11%)
SB wins €1.90

So then this hand happens. He's bad needless to say, and my AT should easily crush his range. The flop is kind of meh-like. Here's my question: Should we just shove OTF, or should we just cbet small and go from there, given the complete dryness of this board?

Everleaf - €0.02 NL - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

BTN: €1.01
SB: €2.88
Hero (BB): €2.86
UTG: €0.71

SB posts SB €0.01, Hero posts BB €0.02

Pre Flop: (€0.03) Hero has  T A

UTG raises to €0.07, fold, fold, Hero raises to €0.20, UTG calls €0.13

Flop: (€0.41, 2 players)  9 J J
Hero Huh?? (.51 effective)

I'd just shove. It doesn't seem like villan is going to let bet sizing or hand strength stop him from calling (he called a PSB in hand 2 with almost nothing behind with air). Like you said, AT is strong compared to his range. If it were me playing, this would be the time he shows up with QJo... but since he's going to call with so much worse than you, I don't see how a shove is bad.

raise to .28 preflop so you can snap shove any flop easily Smiley  Shove this one too.  I know I'm in after results but I'm new!

agreed 3rd hand is a flop shove, he raise-called with so little behind that it's basically like a preflop shove based on stack sizes (if live I would do it blind before the flop is actually dealt, who knows I've seen weirder things than the moron calling off blind too Wink )
