Can someone give me cliffs on how to post/convert hand histories and the proper way to do it.
Meaning I have seen some posts that show the winner and have also read it is best not to show the outcome of the hand.
What is proper s.o.p. on this forum?

I did not know where the best place to post this was.
I plan to play this afternoon and would like to post some of the spots I get myself into.

I am playing on merge @ RPM if that has a bearing on anything.
also run PT and pokerstove if either of those have a built in feature that will simplify the issue.
thx......

This page has a converter and a replayer, along with a few other tools:

Either the replayer or the converted hand is fine, though I think generally the strat  junkies prefer the converted hand, whereas the replayer's more for dramatic effect if you're bragging or steaming about a beat.

Now here I'm being SUPER lazy but can someone guide me through posting a hand history from start to finish?
I am a complete computer idiot.
Something like step 1...step 2...etc
If someone would be kind enough to do this for me I give my word that I will do the same for atleast 2 other ppl in the future when I run across someone asking.
I really need to post some hands/spots I have gotten myself in so I can get feedback on how/why/what I should have did different.

Post the hands and I'll edit your post.

What exactly is not working for the Hand Converter?

Fletch I used the PT3 converter (2+2 option) and didn't work completely.
Feel free to edit my post in Ring Game Strat.

Done sir. You just needed a space between the number/letter (A, 8, etc) and the suit name.
