Villain is 18/14 (337). The flop min raise was trying to look bluffy to get him to spazz out. These are obviously not the stats of someone who would do that.

Check/Calling River is obviously worst play. How much are we B/F?

I don't know that check calling the river is the worst thing in the world, but I'd rather be bet/folding.  Check/fold seems the worst to me.

Make it $3.75 on the flop so you can set up for an eventual river jam assuming no bad cards hit future streets.  As played, I think the turn bet is fine.  Just make that river bet of $5.75 yourself.
