Villain is 6/6 after 35 hands. The turn check was to try and get him to bluff at the river with most of his range. Did I lose any value by not betting the turn or raising the river?

Looks like the hand worked about how you figured it, and it seeems to indicate he's not really that nitty so much as the short sample indicates.  If he was running 6/6, though, why would you be trying to entice a bluff?  I would think based on the numbers (albeit a bad sample), it'd be better to valuetown him every street and re-evaluate if he repops you somewhere.

My thoughts (apart from "This is a small sample, so don't get too carried away with the numbers.") were that the UTG raise, puts him on the top part of his range, so High pair and AQ+. I figured with the hands I beat I'm only getting a call from JJ on a second barrel, and the Ax hands are folding save for the diamond draw. He'll also probably fire with the A high hands on the river to try and get me off my weak hands if I show weakness on the Turn, and if he checks again on the River I can still get value from JJ with a river bet.

So essentially, hard to get 3 streets of value from most of his range, and feigning weakness on the turn might get 2 streets of value with a bluff.

This kinda sounds like you're not even sure what you wanted out of your turn check.  I think the turn check is okay, but solely for the sake of pot control against a rock in a 3-bet pot where he's not paying you off with worse here, I think.  I'm okay with this line, and against a rock, I think you got maximum value if you were good.  However, I think the thing you should be more concerned about is if you should call the river bet at all -- that's a lot closer than whether or not you should barrel the turn if you ask me.
