I dont play much omaha H/L and was wondering how when the board hit a straight flush and I lose?.. Also thats a bit BS the board was a perfect straight flush and went.. A23 flop..4 turn 5 river all dimonds.

You have to play exactly two cards out of your hand every hand.  You can't use 3 or all four, nor can you use less than 2 cards from your hand, but precisely two.  So unless you had 2 diamonds in your hand, you didn't have a flush at all, much less a straight flush.
