This hand was played pretty passively, but I guess sometimes it's ok to check it down when it's just heads up.  I probably should have bet though...

I would have checked it down considering that's a crummy low draw with straight possibilities, and it looks like villain easily made his low draw, and if he pairs up at any point will completely scoop the pot...

but luckily, and that's in the minimum sense of the word, villain is a gambling fool and plays 2/3's of a good hand, with the last part of the hand (the 3) not helping him in any case.  Note him and go with it, don't worry bout getting value cause with any other competent player that hand would have been folded / bet out on.

I would have checked it also.

I did not know dueces cracked converts these types of hands, I think I tried to use them for an Omaha hand once and it did not work. Nor could I find anywhere to convert it.

Seat 7 is a moron for not betting 4th, or at the very least 5th, to look like he had a strong low draw, or made hand (5th). Once he checked 5th he's telling you he has a high-hand or a high-draw, on 6th he almost always folds because the pot is so tiny he has no pot odds to chase unless he has a sick read, or he has a solid hand with both draws high-and-low (but 5th tells us he doesn't).
