Now for chrissakes, if you do try this, do it at micros, I don't want to be responsible for someone spewing a huge chunk of their roll.

I offer this challenge.  I want to see a proven strategy where someone can LAG it out at a 50% or better PFR% and profit over a 1K sample at real money tables.  I know the sample's small, but the risk is high, so I'll be content with a solid strat and test it from there.  I'll leave it to you to decide where, but would obviously suggest Prodigy and it's superjuicy micros as a place to experiment.   Post here if you have a strat in mind or complete the challenge.

Have been playing against 3-4 guys that are 75/25 that are up several buyins just when I am have been playing. Don't know how they do overall. No I haven't lost most of it to them. Did lose a buy in to one of them tho (set over set)
That's at $10NHL. They kinda hit and run (25- 50 hands at a sitting) but have a couple hundred hands on 2-3 of them.
Was gonna ask how best to play them. Will get some hand histories over the w/e.

The secret is to a profitable LAG style is to rarely be a limper, almost always fold or raise, and really try to play BTN/CO/HJ almost exclusively. Your VPIP might still be well above 30% but your PFR will be near 100%. And to reduce spew, just make the size of your raise small (and at an unobservant/gamboling table, you can make it bigger with "Group 1" hands for pure value). Then on the Flop if you cbet a small amount (like 25%-40% of pot) most of the time (again, unobservant table = bet POT or close to it when you have TPTK+, for value!) then the HUDbots will see your cbet% will be almost 100% so they will eventually give you action with what they think is a "good" hand -- if you are that active they might all end up just waiting to "trap" you -- and you can just get out of those pots unless you have the near-nuts or a draw to it. Keep building stack with the small pots, ez game. Wink

I was doing that earlier today on Stars with 6max PLO -- and even though there's always tons of draws, I was getting a ridic # of folds on the flop, especially when I showed I either check-folded the turn or else POTted it (whether I had something or not ^_^ )

...so... it's all about presenting a "dangerous" image -- saying "get involved with me, and your stack might be at risk and I could have any two cards!"

imo.
