The secret is to a profitable LAG style is to rarely be a limper, almost always fold or raise, and really try to play BTN/CO/HJ almost exclusively. Your VPIP might still be well above 30% but your PFR will be near 100%. And to reduce spew, just make the size of your raise small (and at an unobservant/gamboling table, you can make it bigger with "Group 1" hands for pure value). Then on the Flop if you cbet a small amount (like 25%-40% of pot) most of the time (again, unobservant table = bet POT or close to it when you have TPTK+, for value!) then the HUDbots will see your cbet% will be almost 100% so they will eventually give you action with what they think is a "good" hand -- if you are that active they might all end up just waiting to "trap" you -- and you can just get out of those pots unless you have the near-nuts or a draw to it. Keep building stack with the small pots, ez game.

I was doing that earlier today on Stars with 6max PLO -- and even though there's always tons of draws, I was getting a ridic # of folds on the flop, especially when I showed I either check-folded the turn or else POTted it (whether I had something or not ^_^ )
...so... it's all about presenting a "dangerous" image -- saying "get involved with me, and your stack might be at risk and I could have any two cards!"
imo.
