An update for those of you playing on AC and those who may in the future.

Apuesta Cartas has changed its name to Prodigy Poker.  I believe this will help immensely in attracting players, daunted by the Spanish name of the poker room.  All will be the same as before, although I believe you will have to download a new client.  All accounts are transferred seamlessly and there should be no change.  I hope this makes AC a more successful room, and being in at its inception will be good for us as a forum.   We should have new banners to replace the old AC banners by Friday.

My bad, guys.  My computer got wiped out a few weeks ago, and I've gotten out of the habit of checking in through my browser favorites, since they're all gone.  I let the bonus expire.  It has been renewed, so you should all be okay now.

I have tried on several different occasions to download Prodigy Poker room. It sets up and then it freezes in the middle of my screen. Not sure if the problem is me or the site?

I was on there and looking at tables yesterday, and that was via a dial up connection.

Just fired it up now with no problems. Are you getting to the login, or is it between downloading from the site and checking for updates?

No, not letting me log in. The download set up is fine but when I try to run it never finishes.

I also checked tried to check out that skin and my Norton 360 rejected it for some reason.  Tongue

Yes, haven't been able to get to the poker room. I can't figure it out.  I have been able to get on Luvin Poker though. Seems to be a haven for Railbirds on this site. Plenty of freerolls to boost a bankroll.

I don't suppose you can see the 6&4 Freezeout scheduled for next week on Luvin? I got Rob to check on his Everleaf skin and he couldn't see it in the tourny window.

I have no idea. Have you created an account on the Prodigy website? Can you login there without any problems? The have a flash version of the site so you can play in a browser window. See if that works for you.

I am now able to log in to Prodigy Poker!   Started over and went with Flash version as suggested. Worked my way though it and wallah. All done! I checked on private tournaments and the message read No Tournaments Available. Need to build a BR. Freerolls here I come.  

I have not heard back from Railbirds yet and saw that the Mucking Monkeys were not Clan Listed anymore. Boo! I guess since my participation level has been null and void since Black Friday. Will work on that situation and see what happens with Luvin Poker.

Yes sir.  Has been from the start.  Fletch has alerted Darryl, we're just waiting on them to get it fixed.  Evidently they hired all their support personnel from Tilt, as long as it has taken.
