This site is designed to be non-profit.  As such, any revenues obtained by it are to be returned to the members on a quarterly basis after administration expenses are met.

This will be done in 2 stages:  There will be freerolls and/or added money events scheduled for the members, provided there's enough money raised to set one up.  These tourneys will represent 45-60% of the total profit from the quarter, depending on what constitutes a rounded amount of money to be added to the games.

The remainder of the proceeds will be placed into a profit sharing pool and divvied out to all the members of this site, based on merit and activity.

At quarterly intervals there will be a review of each member's participation by the Global Moderators and Administrators.  They will be assigned a share equal to that rating and will recieve an equivalent percentage of the site proceeds earmarked for profit sharing.  I.E. if you rate 3.5 and the total site ratings equal 350, you'll recieve 3.5/350 or 1% of the total profit sharing pool.

There will be a minimum that we pay out, as the payouts will have to be through poker sites or Paypal, and there are minimum transfers.  So if the member doesn't get enough of a share to pay out, the amount will roll over and be added to the next quarter's payment until the minimum is hit.

See I was going to say that, but I knew you knew that, so that didn't make any sense. Then I went looking for where it was used for the context but couldn't find it.
