NE -7  double  .....unless bal gets to brady early on and breaks a bone or two, patsies by >20 again this week

SF -2.5  very tough call here, actually kinda hoping giants win just so we can have 07 SB rematch (where that pats will sfobv. crush the NY pee wees by 40+ points)

We all suck.  Ribby at 2-1 is the only one with a winning record this week.  The standings with only the Super Bowl to go are as follows:

ribbybruno   7-4   .636
Kashuskay    7-5   .583
sixandfour    7-5   .583
patches    7-6 .538
Gabe       6-6   .500
paint       6-7   .462
gjecat       4-8   .333

I'll post the line later this week.  Again, you can choose to double this game, so this can be worth one or 2 games for all of us.  The top 5 are still mathematically in it at this time, although depending on the final picks, some more may fall from contention.

Here's the line as of today:

Sunday, February 5, 2012 All Times Eastern
Feb 05    101    New York Giants    +3
6:30pm    102    New England Patriots    -3

We still have a week and a half, so if you guys want to wait to see what the line does, feel free.  I'll put up an updated line late next week, and as always, you guys can find a line elsewhere at any time and use that.  I'll count all the Patriot doubles thus far as placed bets, unless you guys tell me otherwise.

Sporting guy that I is, I'll let you use it as a tiebreaker.  If you tie someone, and your team wins by 40, you win.  If not, you lose.  Would that be acceptable  ?

So I said I'd update the line about now, and it hasn't changed.  So consider yourselves updated.

Now that 6 of the 7 bets are placed, we are down to 2 possible winners.  If the Giants win, Ribby will take the playoff title and sweep the season; and if the Patriots win, the playoff crown be mine.  Thanks to all for the season, and in particular the new players that jumped in for the postseason.  See y'all next year for all the football contests.
