I'm going to fold on the 1st hand and just wait for a better situation.

I'll call on the 2nd hand because this player seems a little sketchy.

First hand is only 5 hands in and we have no information on the villian, so I think I'll fold it.
Second hand we have the information you gave us about villian losing his chips. When he lost those chips, I put him on something like A3s, and I think he was chasing his straight. So since he was willing to raise UTG with A3s (what I had him on), I think we can call his all in.
