I think the primary concern is that Hero isn't involved with one person in this pot, he's involved with two. If it were only BB or BTN, I'm auto-calling. But because both the BTN and BB are in, I'm more inclined to fold this in many situations.

I have to agree with Starling here.  You have a backdoor flush also.
