Simple question.  Assume you and Villain are HU with 10 blinds each.  What is your shoving range from the small blind?

Around the top 55% of preflop holdings (Ax, Kx, Qx) and any pair.  I'm always shoving for (theoretical) value, both thin and not-so-thin, and rarely as a steal.
