Hand #1

Poker Stars $1.00+$0.25+$0.15 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t800/t1600 Blinds + t200 - 4 players - View hand 1059274

Hero (BB): t46618       M = 14.57
CO: t43612       M = 13.63 20/10 (143) Nothing special from this guy. Pretty timid player.
BTN: t60112       M = 18.79
SB: t29658       M = 9.27

Pre Flop: (t3200) Hero is BB with 3 Q
CO calls t1600, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: (t4800) Q 2 Q (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets t3200, Hero calls t3200

Turn: (t11200) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets t4800, Hero Huh??

So should I be going for a check raise trying to get it in here? Is he calling with worse ever? Should I call and donk river? What to do if raised?

Hand #2

Anyone calling here? Is betting this turn a mistake?

Hand 1:  I'm not c/r-ing here.  I think a fairly large portion of  villain's range that you beat would call the raise on the turn, but not necessarily on the river.  It pretty much turns the queen up, and he'll either want to play a big pot from ahead, or not from behind.  I like a flat call here and donk the river;  if you get raised, it's probably a fold.

Hand 2: I'm not calling readless, but at this point I'm reeeeal interested in seeing anything this guy or gal shows down.   The over pot check-shove OTT is certainly interesting and a particularly bad way to play a 5 into someone leading the way PF and for 2 streets.  So you're probably good here, but with an M in the 30s I would like a little assurance on that before I put my whole stack up on it.

Hand 1: Pretty easy cold-call on the turn considering we're not really worried about heart draws and have a good amount of outs against a hand like 22.  Bet the river and re-evaluate against river shoves.  fwiw, I agree with the flop check.

Hand 2: I can only see 55, 99, A5 and Q9 playing this way really.  But considering those are all plausible and we have a pretty comfy stack that easily covers the third guy, I just fold and look for a better spot.

hand 1--the only problem with the check raise is will end the hand if he doesn't have a Q or 2-2.  I think you can get max value by waiting till the River. If he's playing something like A-K, might hit an A and get his whole stack.

hand 2--I would agree that it's a fold without some kind of read.

Hand one: I would check and expect for a river which would give the opponent the impression he has a nice hand, like a K for example.
Hand two: I would fold, not just because of that flop but there are two players in the pot, so the chances are that one of them has a really nice hand which is better than your pair of queens.

The "P" in poker is there because a great poker player was called Paul. I?m pretty sure that one day, Poker will be called "M"oker!

If you read more carefully,  you'll notice the button was first to act preflop and elected to fold, so since there are only three players at the table, it's heads-up going to the flop.
